We offer a range of therapeutic and social support services at our health centres and in community settings. Any NDIS Participant can access our NDIS-funded services at our health centres. For more information, call to speak to a our friendly staff today.

Groups and centre-based activities
Social connection is an important part of good physical and emotional health and wellbeing. Join one or more of our friendly social groups for out-of-home cultural, exercise, crafting activities and more.
You will find a range of accessible groups to meet your interests and needs, and connect you with people in your community. Each group is suited to the specific social, wellbeing, intellectual and physical needs of the attendees.
*Group activities are only available as part of your NDIS Package where social and recreation support is included in your plan.

Our locations
Though we are Darebin’s community health provider, we also operate across the surrounding areas through partnerships, outreach, centre-based activities and co-located services. We have three sites in the northern suburbs, located in Preston, Reservoir and Northcote.
