What the Committee does

Including community voices in our planning and decision making ensures that our services encompass community need, that our community feels safe and secure when accessing our services, and that they can be confident in the quality of care provided. Our Community Advisory Committee also provide important insights into the cultural and social contexts of that community that our service works within.

The Community Advisory Committee is just one way that consumers have a voice and input into Your Community Health. The Committee also includes Your Community Health staff.
