Relaxation Group: experience the benefits of relaxation practice.

During these sessions we will cover simple relaxation techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routines.
  • Anyone can practice relaxation
  • It can be practiced anywhere and for any length of time
  • It can be practiced lying or sitting
  • It can ease a busy mind
  • It may improve sleep
  • You cannot do it incorrectly
  • It is a simple way to reduce stress
  • It can support pain management

Please note that these sessions are run every Tuesday during the school terms. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to supply blankets and yoga mats at this time. Chairs will be provided for seated practice. Please bring your own yoga mat if you prefer to lie down.
