Physio: Gentle Exercise Group
Currently full; waitlist in effect. Referral to our groups requires a Physiotherapy Assessment at one of our centres.
Gentle exercise group supervised by an Allied Health Assistant offering a mix of chair-based and standing low-intensity, low-resistance exercises for older adults.
Class is held in the Activities Room.
Group fees range between $5 and $8 per session for low and middle income clients. Group fees for high income, Home Care Package and NDIS clients are outlined on our Fees page (please discuss with your Physiotherapist for more details).
