Physio: Hydrotherapy
Referral to our groups requires a Physiotherapy Assessment at one of our centres.
This 6 week, water-based exercise program guided by a Physiotherapist is designed to assist you to achieve your goals by managing pain and improving your function and quality of life. This program takes place in the heated pool, between 33-36 degrees Celsius.
Group fees range between $5 and $8 per session for low and middle income clients. Group fees for high income, Home Care Package and NDIS clients are outlined on our Fees page (please discuss with your Physiotherapist for more details).
