
Your Cooking Group – Term 2
Your Community Health in partnership with DIVRS is running a four session food and cooking program.
This program will be over four weeks and run by the Your Community Health Dietetics team. Gain confidence in the kitchen with cooking basics and meal preparation and planning. Share a delicious meal you have made at the end and learn more about nutrition.
Topics covered include:
- Food safety principles
- Basic cooking skills
- Foundations of healthy eating
- Making nutritious meals
- Meal planning and food budgeting
- Healthy shopping
