It can be hard to be motivated to stretch and exercise when you are at home, but it is important to incorporate gentle movement into your routine. That is why we put together these videos for you.

They are adapted from our low-intensity, low-resistance, gentle exercise classes, so you can do them easily at home.

They are ideal for older adults or people with limited mobility, and can easily be adjusted into more advanced exercises. Try one video first – and if you are up for it, add another one to your routine.

Sit to stand

Time: Under 2 mins (but you can repeat it as often as you are comfortable doing)

Standing exercises

Time: Under 4 minutes
