Our submission reflects the insights and reflections of 27 staff members who participated in two truth-telling sessions, including both Aboriginal and non-Indigenous staff. These sessions provided a valuable opportunity to explore perceptions of colonisation, discuss the steps required to create a better understanding and respect of First Nations cultures, and examine meaningful contributions to truth-telling and the Treaty process.
