Our Locations

Though we are Darebin’s community health provider, we also operate across the surrounding areas through partnerships, outreach, centre-based activities and co-located services. We have three sites in the northern suburbs, located in Preston, Reservoir and Northcote.

FAQ’s
What are the opening hours for each Your Community Health location?

Each location is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. On Saturdays, the East Reservoir site is open from 10:00 to 13:00, while the other sites are closed. Sundays and public holidays are closed 

Do I need an appointment before visiting a location?

Yes. To ensure your visit is efficient and appropriately supported, you are encouraged to book an appointment in advance. You can call (03) 8470 1111 or use the online booking or referral options. 

How do I book an appointment at a specific location?

You can book by calling the central number (03) 8470 1111, or through the website’s “Make a Booking” link. When booking, you may specify your preferred location (Preston, Reservoir, or Northcote) and service. 

Is parking available at each site?

Yes, parking is available at the sites. For example, the Preston (300 Bell Street) site has roof parking accessed via South Street, with nearby tram and train connections. 

Are the locations accessible for people with mobility needs?

Yes. Your Community Health is committed to providing accessible and inclusive services across all locations. If you have specific accessibility needs, you are encouraged to mention these when you book.

 

Can I see the same practitioner at every visit?

Where possible, continuity of care is encouraged, but this may depend on practitioner availability, your specific service, and location. If you have a preferred practitioner, please mention this when booking. 

What services are available at each location?

Each site offers a wide range of services including medical, dental, allied health, mental health and wellbeing, Aboriginal health, social support groups, NDIS and aged care services, and gender-affirming health services. 

Are interpreter services available at your locations?

Yes. If you need support in a language other than English, please contact (03) 8470 1111 or use the interpreter request option when booking. Translator assistance can be arranged for your appointment.

Can I contact a location directly by phone?

Yes, you can call (03) 8470 1111 and select your preferred location. Note that this number is central for all sites, ensuring your call is directed to the appropriate centre.
