Starting in October 2022, Rainbow Gym is an exciting new health and fitness program exclusively for Trans and Gender Diverse and Non-binary (TGDNB) young people.

Whether you have gender euphoria or dysphoria, Rainbow Gym provides a safe place for working out a la fab!

  • For the community
    Rainbow Gym has been created specifically for trans, gender diverse and non-binary young people, 16-25. It will provide you with the correct information and support to achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
  • Meeting you where you are at
    Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced gym-goer, you may simply want a community-specific gym. Rainbow gym works with fitness pros who can resonate with you and provide a fun and informative place to try new exercises.
  • A safe and inclusive space
    Rainbow Gym will be held at a number of safe, inclusive, and welcoming fitness facilities in northern Melbourne, dedicated to LGBTIQA+ health and wellbeing, in an environment where everyone can enjoy working out regardless of their body shape, size, gender, age, sexuality, race, ability or identity.
  • Relevant advice
    Rainbow Gym is facilitated by accredited Trans and Gender Diverse health and fitness experts across a range of specialties. You will get the latest fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing advice tailored to your needs from trusted peers in your community.
