Community Outreach

We promote health and wellbeing through initiatives like the Together Project, and Our Place Our Purpose, emphasising social connections and healthy eating. We support diverse groups, including young people and newly arrived residents, with programs like Eat Well, Live Well and the Arabic Social Group. Growing the Rainbow Village fosters inclusion for the LGBTIQA+ community, empowering members and strengthening community ties.

Our services include information and referrals for mental, physical, and sexual health, fostering social connections, and helping with access to food and accommodation. We also assist with obtaining Medicare and proof of age cards, aiming to empower young people to confidently access health and wellbeing services in their community.
