Tooth removal
Dentures are false teeth that are used to replace missing or damaged teeth. This can be both cosmetic and functional as they can improve the appearance of the teeth, as well as your ability to eat and drink normally.
With good care, teeth can last a lifetime. But even with good care, it may be necessary to get a full or part denture to replace damaged teeth.

Types of Dentures
Dentures are custom made for your mouth and may require a number of visits to the dentist to determine what type of dentures will be best for you.
Full dentures: are used when there are no healthy teeth in the jaw and are made from plastic.
Partial dentures: are used when existing teeth are strong enough to support a partial denture. They are usually made from a combination of plastic and metal clasps which are used to secure it to your existing teeth and hold it in place. It is important that your existing teeth are in good condition so that they can support the partial denture.
There are a number of options to consider when getting dentures and our dental team will help you understand your options and the costs associated every step of the way.
