We offer a range of services tailored to the unique needs of the LGBTIQA+ community, ensuring accessible and inclusive healthcare. With both online (telehealth) and in-person options, we prioritise quality care that respects individual health and wellbeing goals. Our services include inclusive primary healthcare, safe and affirming counselling, gender-affirming care, and specialised transgender health services, along with the Rainbow Gym, which promotes physical fitness in a welcoming environment.
Trans and Gender Diverse in Community Health
A Victorian Government-funded initiative that enhances health services for trans, gender-diverse, and non-binary individuals aged 18 and over. In partnership with Ballarat Community Health, Thorne Harbour Health, and Austin Health, we offer comprehensive healthcare and gender-affirming services, along with access to allied health resources. Our supportive environment provides personalised care, allowing new clients to complete an online registration form to connect with our Peer Navigators for assistance on their health journey.
Youth Support
Our Youth and Community Worker supports young people aged 12-25 in identifying their needs and goals for wellbeing. We provide individual and group sessions in a safe space, facilitating conversations and skill-building programs to enhance physical, mental, and social health. Services include information and referrals to health services, assistance with food and accommodation, and help with applying for Medicare and proof of age cards. We empower young people to connect with community resources and build confidence in navigating health and wellbeing services.
