Supported by a nomination from Darebin City Council & Islamic Museum of Australia, our leading vaccination program has ensured disadvantaged and vulnerable people across Darebin access to COVID-19 and flu vaccinations in a safe space, providing them dignity and choice.

With a special thanks to our partners & supporters; NEPHU – North Eastern Public Health Unit, Austin Health, Victorian Department of Health, Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing, Banyule Community Health & healthAbility.

A huge congratulations to our team member Cate Grindlay (she/her) and the entire team supporting the Your Community Health Vaccination This award is well deserved!
