Your Community Health has been recognised in two categories at the 2025 Victorian Public Healthcare Awards!

Our recognition as a finalist highlights Your Community Health’s ongoing commitment to values-driven, trauma-informed and culturally safe care. Every day, our dedicated staff provide accessible, inclusive and high-quality health and wellbeing services that respond to the needs of our diverse communities.

We are also proud to be acknowledged for our climate and sustainability initiatives, which form a key part of our vision for a healthier future. Through our Climate Action Plan, we are taking initiatives to reduce emissions, build climate resilience, and ensure our services and facilities can continue supporting the community in a changing environment.
