Vaccination Program awarded ‘Most Courageous Team’ award

We are incredibly proud of the incredible efforts of our vaccination team over the past year and their win of the Most Courageous Team award at the recent Leadership HQ Outstanding Leadership Awards held in Brisbane. Supported by a nomination from Darebin City Council & Islamic Museum of Australia, our leading vaccination program has ensured disadvantaged and vulnerable people across Darebin access to COVID-19 and flu vaccinations in a safe space, providing them dignity and choice.

With a special thanks to our partners & supporters; NEPHU – North Eastern Public Health Unit, Austin Health, Victorian Department of Health, Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing, Banyule Community Health & healthAbility.

A huge congratulations to our team member Cate Grindlay (she/her) and the entire team supporting the Your Community Health Vaccination program. This award is well deserved!
