Come join us in a safe environment to support your health and wellbeing and develop safe-care awareness strategies. We aim to offer social support and connectedness through our Carers Support Group.
Your Community Health is providing this service to support carers who identify within the LGBTIQA+ community. We would like your input into what we are offering for future events so will ask those attending to complete a short survey with their feedback.
