About Us
Your Community Health has been helping people in Melbourne’s north reach their health and wellbeing goals for 50 years.

We partner with people and communities to deliver health and wellbeing services and promote equity
Though we are Darebin’s community health provider, we also operate across the surrounding areas through partnerships, outreach, centre-based activities and co-located services.
We deliver a wide range of services including medical, dental, allied health, social support programs, and COVID-19 response. We partner with people and communities to deliver these services in a way that is right for them, while also advocating for and supporting equitable health outcomes.
Our health centres are inclusive and supportive spaces
We are committed to providing inclusive and accessible health centres where people and communities of all identities and backgrounds (including but not limited to, ethnicity, faith, socio-economic circumstance, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, bodies, migration status, age and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent) are accepted, safe and celebrated.
We offer priority access and specialised programs to the following groups shown.
Our Values
We are progressive, creative and resourceful. We challenge the status quo for the benefit of our communities.
We are caring and inclusive. We work collaboratively and respectfully, celebrating and valuing diversity.
We are ethical, honest, reliable and fair. We listen and are accountable to our communities to earn and build their trust.
We are focused on great outcomes and continuously improving, adapting and learning.

Leadership at Your Community Health recognises that good health requires a ‘whole of community’ approach towards addressing social, environmental and economic inequalities.
The Leadership Team guides 300 staff to ensure the organisation is delivering its purpose and are accountable for delivering upon the organisation’s 2022-2026 Strategic Plan.
The Board is responsible for setting the overall governance and Strategic Directions for Your Community Health, including developing the governance policies that make clear the boundaries within which the CEO and Leadership Team work.
The YourCH Board actively promotes a genuine, inclusive and equitable governance approach across the whole organisation. One way the Board supports this is through aspiring to have a Board with sufficient members from various backgrounds, cultures and lived experiences that can better understand and address the diverse needs of our local community. Diverse perspectives on the Board enhance decision-making, creativity and the overall impact of the organisation in its purpose. The Board has established a target to transition to a Board with a minimum of three Directors from diverse backgrounds on the Board at all times as soon as practical.
Your Community Health is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. It is registered as a Community Health Service under Section (48) of the Victorian Health Services Act. Our Constitution governs our operations.
