At Your Community Health, we offer medical, dental and allied health services and support programs at our health centres. Some of our health services and activities may be available in your home or in community settings.
We want everyone in our community to stay healthy and well. If you have cold or flu symptoms like sneezing, coughing or a runny nose, please call us to rebook your appointment. We look forward to welcoming you back when you feel well again.
We have three health centres in the northern suburbs to meet your needs:
- wulempuri barring – East Reservoir health centre
- balit wurun – Preston (PANCH) health centre
- wulempuri dhumba – Northcote health centre
Our health centres are open:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5pm
- Saturday:
- East Reservoir: 8:30am-12:30pm
- All other health centres closed
- Sunday: closed
- Public holidays: closed
